Your appointments are very important to the My EMS Health team. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. We value not only your time but our time as well. Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services.
When booking services, you will be charged a full amount of EMS fitness training session. When scheduling any other paid services, e.g. body sculpting, skin rejuvenation, facial, etc., you will be charged a deposit of $75. The amount is charged at the time of advance booking online or by phone. The deposit amount is included in the cost of the future procedure. Any EMS training session appointment missed, late canceled, or changed without 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. Any other appointment that carries attached $75 deposit that is missed, late canceled, or changed without 24 hour notice will result in a loss of the deposit.
Our packages are designed to help you absorb the cost of training. The more sessions you prepay, the more savings you get. Our packages are valid for one year from the purchase date with the rare exceptions that are advertised as limited time promotions and indicate a specific period of time for the promotion to be redeemed. That’s right, you can always count on us to train you even if you need to take a break for personal reasons.
We provide a lot of flexibility, therefore no refunds will be issued on any purchased packages and subscriptions.
